No. Creating an account, applying, browsing jobs and messaging businesses are all free — DialChamp charges the businesses that hire you, not you.
What does the application involve?
A short online wizard: tell us about yourself, the languages you speak, your calling experience and your availability, run a quick equipment check, and record a voice sample as your pitch. It saves as you go, so you can finish it later.
How are applications reviewed?
Our team personally listens to your voice sample before deciding — there's no automated pass/fail. Once approved you get the Verified badge and can start applying to open jobs.
What equipment do I need?
A computer with a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari), a decent microphone or headset, and a stable internet connection. Everything else, including the dialer, runs inside DialChamp — there's nothing to buy or install.
How is my pay worked out?
Each job pays an hourly rate for the time you spend calling, plus a fixed commission every time you book a meeting — both are shown before you apply, and your total is calculated automatically as you go. See the worked example above.
Do I need previous cold-calling experience?
There's no fixed requirement. You'll tell us about your experience, industries and call types as part of applying, but what matters most to our review is how you sound on your actual pitch recording.
Can I do this alongside a job or my studies?
Yes — that's exactly what it's built for. There's no minimum hours requirement: you set your own availability, apply only to jobs that fit around your existing commitments, and scale up or down whenever you like, including doing it full-time if you want to.
